About the Scottish Dorset Breeders’ Club
The Scottish Dorset Sheep Breeder’s Club recently launched in 2019, with the aim of promoting the Dorset breed by supporting and encouraging breeders through the development of breeding techniques, knowledge and skills to further expand the population of Dorset Sheep in Scotland.
What we do
Premier Annual Show and Sale
In 2019, we started our Annual Premier Show and Sale at Stirling. The next sale will be on the 20 July 2022
Special Dorset Classes
We have been working with Agricultural Shows across Scotland to host Dorset only classes.
Socials
The social aspect of the Club is also very important and members seek to encourage new breeders to join in all club activities throughout the year.
